Your making a referral is
absolutely confidential. Your details will not be divulged unless you
desire so.
The terms and conditions under the "Make a referral and earn a cash bonus"
scheme are as follows:
- The referral should contain basic details (name, qualification,
experience in brief along with e-mail ID and contact phone numbers).
- Your cash bonus will be payable only when the candidate is placed and
payment received by us. We shall keep you posted to the extent possible on
the status periodically.
- The concerned referral details being received are not otherwise
available in our databank. An instruction accepting/not accepting the
referral candidate as yours will be sent by us within seven working days
of your making the referral.
- Cash bonus will be restricted to 10% of payment received by us from our
clients less statutory taxes as applicable.
