OUR EIGHT STEP SELECTION METHODOLOGY

1. Client requirements are studied in detail in a pre determined format.

2. Candidates are recommended only after detailed assessment of their technical and management competencies as well as their attitudes.

3. The company recommends candidates within stipulated lead times as given below:
Senior Management - 20 days
Middle Management - 15 days
Junior Management - 7 days

4. The candidates are briefed about the organization, job responsibilities and opportunities for career growth in the concerned organization.

5. The company assists the organization to conduct interviews effectively by scheduling appointments and ensuring that candidates attend interviews on time.

6. Client servicing reports are sent to the clients once a week in order to keep them updated on the status of requirements.

7. A first impression report is prepared based on the discussion with the candidates after one month of the candidate joining the client organization.

8. Free replacement is given to client organizations if the candidate recommended by us leaves the organization within 3 months.
